It’s great your considering starting sessions. Here is a just a few more details to help you moving forward and some very important notes.

Payments?

By booking sessions you’re agreeing to my minimum of £40 charge. The first session will always be only £40 as it is our assessment. Should we agree to work together you’ll set the price between £40-£60 and that will be fixed for you. Payments will be invoiced to you via email and expected to be paid before your next session.

How should I book?

Please fill in the form with your details and click ‘send’. I will then reply to you via email promptly with my availability, Date Statement, Contact, and getting our initial session booked. From there we will communicate over email regarding future sessions.

What if I want to cancel?

Of course, I understand cancellations are apart of life and will do my best to accommodate this. My cancelation policy is: Please give as much notice as possible for any sessions you are unable to attend via email. More than 24 hours I would not look to charge, less than 24 hours, or if you do not attend then I would look to charge. Should there be 3 sessions missed in any span of 5 scheduled sessions then I would look to end sessions.

What are the terms and conditions of sessions?

In the first session I will look to complete contracting with you where details such as confidentiality, safeguarding, bookings, working agreement, policies, procedures, data rights, withdrawals, and therapeutic frame will all be discussed. A copy of the our working agreement will be sent to you on first invoice.
